What is included in Noteday Pro?

Unlimited notebooks, AI with monthly credits, premium stickers, no ads, and iCloud sync on iPhone and iPad. $2.99/month or $19.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings inside Noteday → "Restore Purchases", or tap Restore on the upgrade screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy.

What happens to my notebooks if I stop paying for Pro?

Your notes are never deleted. All notebooks stay viewable and exportable. On the free plan you can keep editing up to 2 notebooks; extra notebooks become read-only until you re-subscribe.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone and iPad: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Noteday. On Android: Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Noteday.

Do I need an account?

Not for the app itself. Writing, pages, templates, covers, PDF import and export, audio recording and reminders all work with no sign-in. You only need to sign in — with Apple on iPhone and iPad, or with Google on Android — to use Noteday AI, because AI credits are a stored balance that has to belong to an account. Your Pro subscription itself is tied to the store account you bought it with.

How does the AI work?

Noteday AI runs on our servers and is metered in credits. When you run an AI action, the app gathers the relevant pages' text on your device and sends just that text with your question. Handwriting is recognised on your device first — no page images, ink, PDFs or recordings are ever uploaded. Voice recordings stay on your device and are not transcribed. Where are my notes stored?

Locally on your device. On iPhone and iPad, Noteday Pro can also sync notebooks through your own iCloud account. The Android app has no cloud sync yet — export your notebooks to keep a backup.

Delete your Noteday account

You can delete your Noteday account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes the account and all of the data associated with it from our servers. You do not need to email us or wait for approval — you can do it yourself inside the app.

In the app — Android

1. Open Noteday.
2. Tap the gear icon in your library to open Settings. (On a phone this is the Settings tab at the bottom.)
3. Scroll to the Noteday account section.
4. Tap Delete account, then confirm in the dialog.

In the app — iPhone and iPad

1. Open Noteday.

3. Scroll to the Noteday account section.
4. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

You must be signed in for the option to appear — if you never signed in, you have no account with us and there is nothing on our servers to delete.

By email

If you have lost access to the app or to the device, email us and we will delete the account by hand.

• Subject: Delete my Noteday account
• Include: the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, and whether you used iPhone/iPad or Android. That address is the only thing we need — please send the request from it where you can, so we can confirm it is you.

We reply within 1–2 business days and delete the account within 30 days of verifying the request, usually the same day.

What is deleted

• Your user record — the Apple or Google identifier and your email address.
• Your AI credit balance and your entire credit history.
• Your AI usage records.
• Your purchase records held by us.
• Your push notification tokens.

This is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period and we cannot restore the account or its credits afterwards — including any credits you had bought.

What is not deleted

• Your notebooks. They live on your device, not on our servers, so deleting the account leaves them untouched. Delete the app, or delete the notebooks inside it, to remove them. On iPhone and iPad, anything you synced also stays in your own iCloud account until you remove it there.
• A purchase-event record. We keep a small internal record of processed purchases — an internal identifier and a product ID, with no personal content — so the same purchase cannot be credited twice.
• Your purchase history at Apple, Google and RevenueCat. They keep it for billing, refunds and restoring purchases. To remove data held by Apple or Google, use their own privacy tools.

Delete your data without deleting your account

The app does not yet offer partial deletion — for example, clearing your AI usage history while keeping your credits and your Pro status. Email info@gambitgg.com, tell us what you want removed, and we will do it by hand. The same goes for removing a push notification token for a device you no longer use.

You can also reduce what is collected without asking us: turn off Share usage analytics in Settings → Privacy on Android, decline the tracking prompt on iPhone and iPad (or change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), turn reminders off in Settings, or subscribe to Noteday Pro, which removes ads entirely.
